Anyone of any gestation with pregnancy aches or pains (4-42 weeks pregnant).

We address:

• Lower back and sacral pain.

• Pubic bone pain.

• Rib pain.

• Hip aches.

• Tailbone pulling.

• Abdominal and round ligament tension.

• Inner groin pain.

1. Book a single session by paying prior or on the day. Or purchase a ‘Pregna-Ease’ bodywork package and use the code when booking your sessions.

2. At your sessions we’ll gather a history and perform the necessary assessments to observe how you move your body.

3. Get right into the external or internal (optional) bodywork to address your concerns.

4. Give you movements to perform at home and discuss potential follow up visits to maintain or achieve your goals.

• Book at any gestation the aches start to avoid them getting worse throughout pregnancy.

• Most clients benefit from at least 2 sessions 1-2 weeks apart to initially address the ache.

• Maintenance will depend on your stage of pregnancy and how well your body holds the work. This is something that can be discussed and decided together in your session.

• For those with significant immobilising pain, we have found our clients to benefit from a longer session. If this is you, please email us about wanting a longer session.
