ALL OTHER POSTPARTUM WORK
When to book for PostHarmony work?
Book a session whenever a concern pops up physically or emotionally that you’d like to address.
For some clients, emotions about their birth can emerge during the session. This is a beautiful way for your body to process what it’s been through, and for some it can be the most important part of the session. So, feeling ready to support your body with all aspects of healing, physical and mental, is important when considering postpartum work.
(Note: We advise those with significant emotional trauma to seek support from a specialised provider)
