Book any of the above session types. You can attend as many sessions as you like!
Each session goes for 60min duration, including a 15 min Q&A at the end of each session.
Each session has some simple equipment that will be used during the session (e.g. chair, pillow, yoga block, smooth massage ball or tennis ball). This info is provided in the booking link. Please have these handy to assist you with getting the most out of your session.
Joining link is sent via email. Once you join your session, pop yourself on mute until the Q&A at the end of the class.
Repeat and attend as many sessions as you like until you address your ache or labour goals, or until you meet your little baby.
