Pregna-Ease™

Bodywork to address pelvic girdle aches and pains.

With all the changes your body goes through to grow and carry a baby, it’s no wonder we see so many pregnant people experiencing aches and pains! But just because something is common, doesn’t make it normal. Aches and pains are our body’s way of telling us something is having to work harder than it normally does. Our aim is to work with your body to help it manage the incredible job it’s doing at growing your baby so you feel less of those pains.

By working with your body, we can reduce aches and pains to positively impact how you experience your pregnancy!

ScarHarmony™

Bodywork to relieve tension around your scar
and improve scar health and healing.

With all the changes your body goes through in the postpartum period, it’s time to carve out some time for yourself as you heal from birthing your beautiful baby. Whether you’ve only just birthed, or they’re a couple of years old, scar health can always be supported to be more comfy and less numb or restrictive. Your body is doing an incredible job healing, and our aim is to work with your body to keep you feeling and moving your best.

By aligning with your body’s natural rhythm, we can ease discomfort and elevate your pregnancy journey for a more positive experience!

LabourFlow™

Bodywork to Prepare for Labour

Our goal here at G.Lorri Labour Bodywork is to work with the body to improve fetal positioning and optimise the pelvic space to improve labour progress. We know from simple physiology that our babies are moving through and against our soft tissues (e.g. muscles, ligaments and fascia). So it only makes sense to ensure they are soft and balanced before labour to support your body with labour progress.

So let’s optimse your body and baby to ensure your body can do what it’s perfectly designed to do unhindered by tension.
