Yes. In fact, we highly encourage advance booking to secure your preferred rental window and ensure pool availability.

Our 6-week rental window gives you flexibility. If needed, you may extend your rental for $25/week (subject to availability). Extensions must be arranged in advance.

If you cancel 7 or more days before your rental start date, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, no refund will be provided. Once the rental period begins, refunds are no longer available even if the pool is unused.

Yes. Each kit includes an electric air pump, drain pump, a step-by-step setup guide, and all necessary accessories for a smooth and supported experience.

You can return the pool to us at no charge or opt for delivery/pickup for a fee depending on your distance from our location. All items must be fully cleaned, dried, and packed in the original storage box.

A $45/day late fee applies for each day beyond the agreed rental return date. If your delay results in another client’s booking being disrupted, we may charge an additional full rental fee. Continued delay may be considered a breach of agreement.

Minor wear is expected, but excessive damage or missing items will result in deductions from your deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the difference. See the Rental Agreement for full details.

Yes. All items must be cleaned, dried, and returned in the storage container. If returned in an unsanitary or wet state, a $180 cleaning fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

Yes. The pool must be used indoors on a stable, level surface. Never exceed 45°C water temperature. Always use the provided liner, and do not overinflate the pool. Oils and cleaning agents are not permitted inside the pool.

Yes. When you book either service, you’ll receive an email with a discount code. This code can be used during checkout to apply your $30 or $60 rental discount.
